You are watching Paediatric Aids Season 1 Episode 11
Globally, 2.2 million children are infected with HIV – but only a handful are receiving life-prolonging antiretroviral treatment. As a result, half of all children with AIDS die before their second birthday. There are currently no AIDS treatment therapies available specifically for children. But there is some hope. This film tells the story of 12 year old Annabel, from Kabale in Uganda. She is, at last, getting some treatment.
