Trachoma and Chlamydia- two infections, one bacteria. Trachoma, spread by flies, can ultimately lead to blindness. Chlamydia is not spread by flies, but through sex. It is the most common bacterial sexual disease and can cause sterility. In either case it is women who are the worst affected. Kill or Cure has been to Tanzania and Kosovo to see how a new test could spare women from these twin afflictions.
