For centuries herbal doctors have been making use of the rich variety of plants that grow all over Africa. One man in particular, Dr Jack Githae from Kenya – a traditional healer for the past thirty years, is a real champion of the medicinal and healing properties of plants and trees. Dr Githae was taught the traditional arts of bush medicine by his late grandmother.
